1. Cancellation by the Customer
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations team.
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled trip: You are eligible for a 100% refund (minus any payment gateway charges, if applicable).
- Between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip: No refund will be provided.
- No-Show: If you do not arrive for your scheduled activity, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Turtle Adventure Sports
Safety is our top priority. In the event of cancellations due to bad weather, government restrictions, or technical issues:
- You will be offered an alternative slot or date for the activity.
- If rescheduling is not possible for you, a full refund will be processed.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
