Welcome to Turtle Adventure Sports. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Health & Safety
- Participants must be in reasonable physical health. Please inform us of any medical conditions (back problems, pregnancy, heart conditions, etc.) prior to booking.
- For safety reasons, participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will strictly not be allowed to participate and no refund will be given.
- All participants must wear the provided life jackets at all times while on the water.
3. Booking & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified advance amount. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Liability
While we take all necessary safety precautions and use certified equipment:
- Kayaking is an adventure sport that involves inherent risks. Turtle Adventure Sports accepts no liability for any personal injury, death, or loss/damage to personal property during the tour.
- We recommend customers not carry electronic devices or valuables unless in waterproof bags. We are not responsible for water damage to personal items.
5. Itinerary Changes
The exact route and duration of the kayaking trip may depend on tide levels, wind conditions, and weather. The guide’s decision on safety and route is final.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
